CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a constantly varied, functional training program that gives you more overall balanced fitness, increasing your capability and capacity over a broader range of movements. It will have you stronger, faster and fitter than you have ever been before.

KICKBOXING

The Cardio Kickboxing classes at The Fighting Fit are unrivaled in both intensity and results, while still adaptable for people of all fitness levels. These workouts consist of several rounds of striking combinations (basic punches and kicks on a heavy bag) mixed with interval training.

BAD BOYS CONDITIONING

Bad Boys Conditioning is a program designed for all individuals regardless of physical ability, experience or age. If you are age 40 or older & looking to get healthy without the intensity of a regular CrossFit class, this is the program for you.

KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga is truly one of the best ways to get in shape fast. You'll learn powerful effective strikes, defenses against attacks of all kinds, submission strategy to keep those around you safe. Benefits will include lean, toned muscles, boosted athleticism and coordination, improved speed and agility, and confidence in yourself to be ready for anything.

BAD BOY JUNIORS

With Bad Boy Juniors, kids begin to move with confidence, gaining control of their bodies in ways they may not have known before. Plus they will apply their energy to something that will help them for a lifetime. That gained confidence infects every area of life, giving them an edge above the competition in school and the sports field.

Open for juniors age 9-14.

KIDS KRAV MAGA

Kids Krav is a self defense and striking class for juniors age 8-14. This class is a great for your child to learn discipline and safety while also staying active and healthy.

Class meets Tuesday and Thursday, 4-5pm. 

$10 per drop in or membership options available. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

A one-on-one connection with an experienced personal trainer can change your whole experience about fitness and going to the gym in the first place. We value your time and your commitment to succeed, which is why our personal trainers are here to offer you a customized training experience to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.

SPINNING

Spinning is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is a great cardiovascular workout. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. Get prepared for the workout of your life!
